The property as a whole is nice. The lobby, pools, bar, etc. were all clean. The unit we rented was nice when you walked but as you started to settle in and look around, it is dirty and old and used. We had to call and ask to have a new mattress put into the hide-a-bed couch. When the hide-a-bed was pulled out, the mattress fell apart and was stained with who knows what. It was obvious the house cleaning crew did not care and just pushed it back in as is. The bathrooms all had misc. hairs in them, water pressure was lacking, the kichen counters had palm prints on them, etc. Every where you looked, it was something here and there that had not been cleaned or taken care of in a while. i would like not recommend this unit to anyone until it has been cleaned, upgraded, and/or remodeled.

I really enjoyed my stay at the signature; the 1 bed room suite with the balcony is super nice, they have a 21 pool and a family pool which is really nice, everything you need is walking distance. Definitely my go to hotel from now on
