"First time staying here, exceeded my expectations. It got mix reviews when I was booking but I think the room was very clean, and location was convenient to walk to the strip. Will def stay here again!"

"Needs better way finding signage as it is so huge and joins another resort "

"The room we ended with had a clogged tub and a sink. I called the maintenance guy,for the sink but i took out a bunch of hair from the shower drain. The room was a bit dirty with things still left behind from previous pair or people besides the bed and by the lamp. The tv kept turning off and having to restart and or would turn black. "

"Room was basically clean. Some areas were clearly ignored by housekeeping: door frames and walls. We were told at check in our parking was included. Then we had to call for assist when leaving to be let out and were told by a different desk attendant we had to pay. We returned later and went to the desk to clarify, where they told us we should have been able to use our room key for in and out privileges. When checking out, it turned out we were charged twice for our room. The front desk told us they were removing one charge, and I have a paper receipt to show it. Now our credit card is showing a triple charge. Will be disputing. Beds were relatively comfortable. Halls were quiet. "

"The hotel is very clean and smoke free. Would have liked in room coffee and a microwave though."

"Didn't get the room I reserved (King) but hotel made it right and removed resort fee. The room was ok. Old thermostats that didn't include number for temp, so when adjusting the air, you don't know how far you're actually adjusting the temp. The tub spout diverter would not stick so very limited water coming from shower head, most water exiting out of tub spout."
