"My experience was horrible. Upon checking in I was assisted by a young man who assured me pets were allowed in the hotel. While finishing up the check in process some lady comes out and says that normally they don’t accept dogs but she’ll allow it this one time. This was strange to hear considering that my husband and I had seen 3 different hotel guests with dogs within minutes of us arriving at the hotel. Not to mention this was our fourth time staying at this hotel and we’ve brought our dogs every time with no issue. Once we made our way up to our room we were faced with trash bags full of dirty hotel sheets, beds that were not made and completely stripped, trash on the floor and the bathroom sink completely a mess. We had to then go back downstairs with all of our luggage to explain the situation and request we be moved to a different room. It was nothing but unnecessary obstacles from the moment we arrived and by far our worst experience yet. "

"It’s difficult for me to find a hotel with a bed that I like. I always bring my own pillow and I did the same for this trip. I was VERY surprised when I realized that I wouldn’t be needing my own pillow at this hotel! Sheets were a little scratchy, but the mattress was VERY nice. Super clean room, quiet part of the city - no complaints here! My husband and I also enjoyed the breakfast! A variety of scrambled eggs, egg frittata and pancakes were made fresh for you. Other breakfast staples like yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, etc, were available. I was impressed by the wide variety of condiments! We know where we’ll be staying from now on when we want a quick weekend getaway!"
