We booked a poolside King Suite based on photos online. Needless to say we were pretty shocked upon arrival. The outside of the actual hotel was clearly run down. The pool are looks as if it was remodeled? and seem cared for. Front office looked nice. Now for the actual rooms. I'm beyond dissapointed. We paid quite the price for this room $130 (not peak/tourist season and other rooms locally were half the cost), in hopes of splurging a little for a nice rooom. We picked this poolside suite assuming it was right outside the pool area, as in walk right to it, but it was not. It's more of a pool view where you can see the pool. Inside of rooms had been renovated but already seem dingy, floor was dirty and run down. Weird smell and it didn't look like the photos online at all. Scared to sit on the couch because how do you sanitize a fabric couch? At least leather you can and considering this is an adults only hotel, you'd consider the possibility of what occurs there and it's disgusting.

Their keys demagnitize no matter how you store them. This makes the keys pretty much single use. And with their lobby disconnected from the actual hotel you have to walk half a block every time your key stops working. I stayed there for a week and had to have appx 10 keys made per day. For $300 a night your money is much better spent elsewhere.

Brandy was amazing with helping us check in. She allowed us to check in early and gave us some complimentary drink cards for the bar area. I was grateful for all the helpful staff.

Price was the reason I chose this hotel. Other guests were mostly beautiful young people. Music at the pool was extremely loud, however once in my room I could barely hear it. If it had been a problem the hotel had provided earplugs on the table. Overall my stay with a pleasant one.

We paid the $20 early check in fee (cash only) but everything else went on our credit cards. We’ve stayed here before and kind of knew what to expect but they’ve had a few changes. During the evening when the lounge is operating we had to get escorted from the elevator to the front door then walk around to another entrance to get patted down for weapons etc. if you’re a guest there and rooming with friends only one person gets in free and everyone else has to pay a cover charge to get in even if we’re all in the same room. If you’re staying in tower above the lounge make sure everyone staying in the room is registered to the room or you will not be able to get in even if you have a key. Our room was pretty dirty and because none of the rooms have phones to call the front desk you have to walk all the way back there. We were told housekeeping will clean it tomorrow. The shower curtains obviously has not been cleaned or replaced in a while it was brown at the bottom because of soap scum. There was thick black gunk or gum on several areas of the floor, we needed to charge our phones and stuff so we had to unplug the lamps and tv to use the outlets and when we moved the bed away from the wall to get to another outlet there was Doritos and empty bottle’s of water that has been there a while because of thick layer of dust on them. The night stands had peeling paint and cigarette burns along with dried food in it. We can overlook some things but damn. Never again.
