" I asked about having rhe carpet in my room vacuumed because it is Black and showed everything. The housekeeper never did it. Went to go to breakfast at Siegels and it was so cold in there my husband even got cold, so we left before we even ordered. Internet was fast . I was on the 5th floor on the Cabana Suites and on Sunday night there was a lady beating on the door yelling at her boyfriend to let her f--------/ in. This went on all night. It would not keep me from staying there however. I have stayed there in the past and have always had good luck. I spend my time with family. My daughter and grandkids live there. I am actually coming again in June . We never have a chance to use any of the amenities you offer. "

"Early check in fee when rooms are ready seems to hurt both the guest and staff- guest lined up waiting for 4pm to avoid being charged. I understand showing up at 10-11am having early check in charge but 2-4pm should be flexible for staff to decide. "

"I arrived at the D hotel at 1pm, I asked if I could check in early with a fee and the front desk stated that there was no rooms available but I would be put on a list once my reservation was ready. I came back at exactly at 3pm, the check in time and the front desk clerk told me that my room wasn’t ready that I would get a text msg letting me know when it was. I stood there confused thinking that I am paying for a room that’s not even ready. The clerk/she kept on saying the same thing for over 20 minutes until I asked to speak to a manager. She went to the back office and stated that she found a room that was ready. When I asked her the room number she said it was written on the front of the pamphlet.Which was rude. I wonder how long I would have waited if I didn’t ask for a manager. I know that my career title is irrelevant to this survey but I am a District Mgr. Maybe a bit of retraining on the verbiage and accommodations would go a long way… something like this. “ Mam my apologies for the reservation delay we are currently looking at other rooms for availability to accommodate your stay. While you wait please take these vouchers and enjoy. We will find a solution quickly. Thank you for your patience. In sales, It’s not what we say is how we say it…. I forgot to add not once did room service bother to clean our room. They knocked until the day of checkout. "
