"Clean room"

"The room was not ready when we arrived (at 9pm). Waited in line for 45 minutes to check in despite already having checked in online. The lobby stinks of cigarette smoke AND the ozone spray they try to cover it with. The room was not clean when we got there. We requested housekeeping but no one came. There were just two thin sheets on each bed- no blankets or comforters at all. After three days of no housekeeping, the only way to get someone to our room was to get a manager involved. I've had better experiences in hostels. The staff with whom we directly interacted were friendly and as helpful as they could be. "

"Staff was very helpful. During check in all but 2 kiosks were down but staff came by to check guests in as quickly as possible. The only con we experienced was the water pressure in our room. "

"This was our first year staying at the Flamingo and honestly now will be part of the Vegas routine! The Go Pool was fun, the location is great for walking around the strip, and they have some hidden gems you can find while walking around! The self check in/check out was easy and self explanatory. "
