"Good hotel "

"Terrific location right across street from Lincoln Center! Gelateria and Starbucks on one side of front door, nice restaurant, PJ Clarke's on the other.All personnel friendly and helpful, opening doors, storing luggage. Electronic door cards were a problem. Both failed 4 times, meaning someone had to go back down to front desk to have them fixed. Super annoying! Some paint chipped on bathroom door and shower. But will definitely stay here again."

"Very good stay, even though the rooms are small it’s still very comfortable. Only complaint is the bed was pretty hard and I didn’t realize there were amenities fees but that’s kinda on me lol"

"Hotel was good, however the first night there was a loud drilling noise coming from the room opposite us at 9pm. Me and my son were unable to sleep because of it. I phoned reception to complain but the lady didn’t appear to be interested, and hung up on me once. Most of the staff were great but one in particular was moody. "

"Really good location and the included breakfast was a real bonus. As a few reviews have said it gets really crowded at peak breakfast time but it’s not that bad. Room was plenty big enough and the kitchenette was a really nice option to have. Would definitely stay here again "

"If you are looking for something in the heart of Times Square this is the location for you. I booked a regular King room and was pleasantly surprised to have the perfect view overlooking Times Square (24th floor). I personally think any higher you wouldn't have as great of a view if you're wanting to see the billboards from your room. And if you're thinking the billboards might be too bright for sleeping, the hotel has remote controlled blackout shades and another of layer of sheer shades to let...
