Loved this hotel. Although they lost a package that was delivered to me from a friend. Everything else was great, just a bit noisy from the Grand Central Station next door, but it's assumed so not surprised. Would definitely stay here again.

My room was so quiet was amazing so refreshing to be able to atay in nyc sleep well. Walkable to everything. Grand market bext doir has good food2. Check in check out was fast. Bell men immediately help me with luggage when i got out of the cab.will stay here again. Loungue on 16 floor is convenient and quiet perfect to get work done ✔️

Hyatt GC is in a good location for tourists and those wanting close access to trains, subways etc, but the property itself is need of updating. The rooms are also in need of a deep cleaning, and are on the small side. The WiFi was lacking. When we checked in the staff said our room was not going to have water from 10 PM-7AM and it was presented like it was a side note, with no extra upgrades due to the inconvenience - unacceptable.

Great location, but crowded and understaffed. Check-in was long, there are "location fees" per person for the room, making for unexpected spending. Rooms are so-so, and you can't get a hold of anyone for help. The front desk has 3 people serving 2000 guests and they don't know the particulars about parking, which is run by another company.

My husband and I travelled to New York for the first time and choice this hotel based on location. We definitely were not disappointed, the hotel was beautiful, we had a lovely view and a very comfortable bed! Everything we could have wanted was just steps outside our doors and if it wasn’t it was easy to find a way there. When we checked in, Justin took care of us and we continued to chat throughout our stay! He was extremely helpful and polite- the hotel offered a credit daily to the market which was great for cold water on the morning before we started our adventure! Definitely would return to this establishment!

Came for my nephew's birthday and was told that he would have access to the Lounge on the actual birthday. Found out, we were never given access, so that was disappointing. Rooms were very tidy, but the shower drain was out, looked broken and was rusty. Peeling wallpaper and broken eye hole glass. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location is very good.

The staff from the time i checked in were rude and nasty. I couldn't get in my room the next day because the guy that checked me in didnt i put my card tight. That night i had to go back and forth 3 times because they keep messing up my key to my room. Then I was embarrassed by management by having security walk me to my room and even then she couldn't open the door. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will also let everyone I know how bad your hotel treats black patriots if your business.

This hotel is awful. Do not stay here unless you want terrible service and a nightmare experience. Our AC did not work for the first day and we were not given an option to move rooms. We were placed next to a suite that partied all night and kept us up. The room itself never got below 70 degrees. The only thing this hotel has is curb appeal. And the curb is nicer than the hotel.

The check-in on Friday evening was terrible. I waited about 25 minutes to get service. There were not enough employees to handle the volume, The TV remote was not functioning.
