The hotel was fine. Expedia had lost my reservation in their system, so there was no reservation when I arrived at hotel. This despite Expedia sending me emails with booking confirmation 3 months ago, and then earlier thus week about the trip, and today about how my check in experience was. I had to pay an extra $150 for the room since there was no reservation in the system. Bad job by Expedia.
Convenient, 10’ from JFK via free shuttle. Shuttle accessed via AirTrain @ Federal Circle. Nice room, clean, comfortable. Onsite restaurant very expensive but it’s NYC so…
The room was basic but everything I needed, clean with adequate space. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to leave early so we didn't get to use the breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and the drivers were friendly.
