Hyatt Grand Central New York
"Hotel nearby grand central area with a lot of homeless. Smell weeds at the entrances. No customers service. Front of the hotel darkness and scary at night. Room is smelled old and poor of hygiene. I don’t want to recommend anyone stay at this hotel because they’ve not maintained their brand."
