Loved our stay ! Booked a king bed room and it was spacious ! Our view wasn’t bad either ! Checking in and out was a breeze as well so bonus points for that . Lobby was clean , had ac , smelled wonderful and just felt overall luxurious. The row wasn’t too far from some delicious food places either and just overall convenient. The hotel is beautiful. The entrance is amazing. The staff was very helpful and respectful the minute you get there. There was always someone in the hallways to help you if you needed it. Cleaning staff was very respectful. The rooms are a decent size if you are traveling with one extra person. The view was great. Definitely worth the trip and will be coming back in the future!.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at ROW NYC. The location can't be beat for anyone attending theater on Broadway. It is literally around the corner from the major theaters, and the hotel is astonishingly quiet for the location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were surprised there wasn't a desk in the room. The only other criticism is the bizarre system for calling the elevators that involves two different sets of buttons you have to push.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Clean room I got my room cleaned twice on my 4 day trip :::: the staff at the door was helpful and a guy staff with locs (I don't remember his name 😕 but he was exceptional especially with elevators when he is at work I didn't have to push the elevator button to go up and made everyone know how it works for both sides 😊
