Front Desk staff was very helpful in storing our luggage before check in and after check out since our flights were not during the reservation hours. Only issue we had was the bathroom door was very heavy and my child needed help sliding it open and close. Great location at the center, easy to get around.

Great location for visiting NYC. Quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside: room had a very unpleasant smell, very musty. There was long black hair on the bathroom floor and a large hole in the carpet near the end of the bed. Also there was only one luggage rack so no place to put our second carryon which we loath keeping on the floor. Overall we were disappointed in our hotel.

We arrived early and our room was ready before check in time. The front desk staff were so nice throughout our stay. Each night they would get me a bag of ice for my daughter’s ankle. They really go out of their way to be helpful, We love staying in this hotel. It is close to Times Square and Korea Town.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was very convenient because it was close to everything we wanted to visit. It was also just a short walk to nearby subway stations, making it very easy to explore the city and get around. Being close to attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation made our trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. The convenience of the location was definitely one of the best things about our stay. We would happily stay here again!

The staff were helpful. I've noticed a trend with Marriot's where they upgrade the lobby but the rooms are awful. All the furniture was damaged. The city view did not exist, rather a building view. I was given an accessible room, didn't book one and the whole bathroom was soaking wet after each shower.

I (58) was staying with my adult daughter (29) for a weekend escape & a Harry Styles concert! I arrived the night before my daughter, but they gave me 2 keys. I went to the room, and as I expected, a clean room. My daughter arrived at La Guardia and met me at ~10:15am. She showered & complained that the showerhead wasn't working. I tried to fix it...it truly pivoted and crashed to the tub bottom...shattering. We stopped at the desk on our way to an event,,,told them what happened...they asked for permission to enter the room. I responded "we are headed to the Harry Styles concert, we will be away". We got back to the room...all was fixed. They do need to update their electrical outlets so that plugs stay "plugged", Overall, I would stay again.
