Small minor fixes needed but overall very clean and as usual Hampton never let me down. Perfect location. Staff was amazing. The OJ at breakfast was definitely watered down to almost nothing but otherwise everything was great.

One elevator didn’t work the whole time and the other one was iffy. Was on the 12th floor so was frustrating. The “fire” emergency lights were on our floor were on all night. It’s an older hotel. Overall, clean room in a good location.

This hotel was perfect for us. Nearby amtrack station. Very clean. Front desk was nice. Breakfast included. Great, safe location. For the price, it’s not fancy by any means but it’s a great value. I’d say here again.

A great “budget” hotel in Chelsea area - close to Penn Station. They offer continental bfast until 10 am and checkout time is also later at noon. Overall a great stay.

Good location in Chelsea, very convenient for walking and close to the subway. The hotel is simple but comfortable, and the breakfast is modest but adequate. One small issue is that the bottled water in the room was not complimentary and this was not clearly indicated, which was a bit confusing. Overall a good practical option for a short stay in Manhattan.
