The room was dusty, the duvet was dirty, and shower curtain was dirty too. You can hear anything from the street, it’s very hard to sleep. They didn’t clean our room for one day, and the staff was very rude.

Hotel was really clean, staff was really plate and welcoming, the only downside is if your in a room on the front you can hear all the traffic horns and sirens from no matter what floor your on

The thing that makes this hotel stand out and such an enjoyable experience is the staff, from top to bottom they were a delight to deal with. Our bathroom was functional but a bit small and we had to coordinate the entry and shower doors.

I was really impressed with the hotel. We were given a room on the 41st floor with great views. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel hands out complimentary coupons for drinks at their bar as well as breakfast which was really great! Hotel staff is very friendly, and especially Thomas at the front desk. I would gladly stay here again!

Good location, nice option for breakfast or drinks at the bar included in your room fee. The hotel gets pretty crazy around check out time and there is usually a wait for the elevators. The room was a little rundown, but overall it was a decent stay.
