Friendly and courteous hotel staff. Beautiful region with lots of landmark buildings, and interesting places to enjoy. Great food wherever we went. We'll be back.

Hyde Park is small town but good choice for proximity to FDR home/library or Poughkeepsie and colleges (CIA & Marist).

We were surprised to find Hyde Park was not as well maintained as some of its neighboring towns.
"Easy to get to. Right off the bat, when we checked in Brayona was a doll! So sweet, smiley and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and well stocked. Our room was clean and quiet! Highly recommend if you are in the area."

"This was hands down one of the cleanest, most professional yet relaxed and well-organized hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. I’m a clean freak—I tend to check corners and crevices—and everything was absolutely spotless. Breakfast felt like I was being waited on hand and foot. The bed had the perfect firmness, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I even extended my stay… and might be back next week. lol"
"The hotel was excellent. Driving in area was tricky. If coming from south you had to pass entrance and do u-turn. Coming from north if coming over bridge very limited space to merge off ramp and dangerous yield. Had a couple of close calls."

"The only complaint is that one elevator out of two was out of service so the wait was long and since our room was by the stairs we had a lot of stairwell noise. "
"Enjoyed our two-night stay at the Hyde Park property during a weekend in the Hudson Valley. It is convenient to the FDR Museum and Library as well as the CIA and the Vanderbilt Mansion. And it's a quick jaunt to the Everready for lunch and the Rhinebeck Farmer's Market on Sunday!
The staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the offerings at the breakfast bar. Will definitely stay again!
