The staff at the front desk was amazing so helpful and kind the staff in the restaurant were snobby , short and not very accommodating at all. There's really no where to get a cup of coffee very few places to sit down in the hotel

Overall, was really excellent. Staff were mostly all kind. The only ones that we had any issue with were the servers in the Champagne Bar and at Afternoon Tea. The room though was large and kept very clean and orderly.
