"The room was clean and nice. The phone in the room did not work. I asked for more towels and they were place on the floor outside my room. All the staff were not on the same page communication wise and they were rude because of it. Even when I did call the front desk off of my phone, an employee that was on the phone laughed at me."

"We love coming here. A perfect getaway to unwind and decompress. Not far from the 5 boros but far enough tp feel the difference. Place is alwaya clean and the staff are all remarkable ."
