The staff was so wonderful, Linda at the desk could not have been nicer and more welcoming. Rooms are big for NYC and we got a great view of the Empire State Building. It's not a brand new hotel so you don't have cutting edge amenities, but everything worked and was clean. Having a good diner accessible from the lobby was a great bonus.

The location was perfect for my trip. I was in town for the fight at MSG and the hotel is directly across the street. Not too far from anything in manhattan. Elevators were available and fast every time it was needed. No complaints at all!

Room was nice, the front desk check in wasn't that nice and was annoyed that i didnt read the check out policy even when I said i knew it from being there before. other than that we like that place.
