I didn't like all the hidden fees that were charged, also, the staff was not friendly at all.. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location but need to be upfront when it comes to charging for extras.

I was not notified of a resort fee in advance. Then it was miscalculated on my bill, which I am still trying to resolve. Also, the employee that stands at reception trying to snag people to talk about time shares is very unwelcome. Either get rid of them, or get them to be less confrontational.

Amazing location to Times Square. We had a larger corner room and it was a nice size. Could walk a few blocks to subway and go anywhere in the city. It can be loud still at night when people are coming and going. Maid will wake you even if you have sign on the door. They will call so if you don’t want to be bothered tell the front desk.

The only thing I did not like is I paid for a room with view over Times Square. Thats why I had booked this particular hotel because I had that view last time. They denied me late check out but was gracious enough to store our luggage mail we came from our show. I ordered the room via Expedia, when I submitted the request it charged me for view I requested, but it was not listed on the receipt, therefore I had nothing on writing. I would like a partial find since I paid for a view I did not receive.

The elevator service was great once you learn how to use it. Had a nice view of Times Square. A little confusing with the $40 fee that you could redeem at the bar or restaurant.
