The apartment was prepared for my stay, but a towel was missing, but that was quickly fixed. Unfortunately, I was woken by a fire drill, but the staff weren't informed about it, so I'm treating it as an accident beyond their control. The only significant inconvenience is the heating system. The apartment is high and large, heated by two incredibly loud fans. During the initial stay, before the apartment warmed up, it was incredibly noisy and difficult to sleep. Later, the problem disappeared as the apartment warmed up and the heaters worked much more efficiently. My stay was in February, which was also a factor in this inconvenience. On the plus side, the location, the basement shop, the spaciousness, and cleanliness are all positives.

We had reserved a room for 4 people in an apartment with 2 bedrooms. 1) the heater stopped working every night in one of the rooms, we had to ask them to fix it every day. It is important to note that we went during winter time. 2) we had reservations for 4 people and there were only 2 bath towels in the room. 3) on the second day, once houskeeping cleaned our rooms they left no towels in the room. 4) when we requested towels it took more than one hour to receive them, even though the message said we would receive them in 10-15 mins. 5) on our last day, housekeeping did not even service our room. Although, the place is nice and in a good location, I do not recommend it

The room was as described, the beds were comfy even the sofa bed, but we'd booked for 4 people and they hadn't made up the sofa bed or given us enough towels for 4 people. The kitchen had all the appliances we expected but the oven didn't work so we wasted food as we'd planned on using it and couldn't microwave it. The heaters were really loud so we turned them off at night, they then came on every hour for half an hour and woke us up repeatedly. Asked at reception for help, the maintenance man just disconnected them so then we had no heating in December. Really big room with loads of storage space but only 1 chair to sit 4 people. Could have been brilliant but the details let it down and definitely not worth the money we paid. The most disappointing thing for us was our flight home was cancelled and made a day earlier, we asked for a refund as soon as we found out and we're totally ignored, asked while we were there, ignored and emailed after, ignored again. So be aware of there's any change to your plans they won't care. This really let the hotel down, we expected them to care.

The staff of the hotel was great, they went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had to stay an extra night and they were able to make all of the arrangements at the last minute without changing the mobility accesible room we had and needed. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed to have a great stay. The hotel has many amenities in the same building, a supermarket, coffee, a gym, two restaurants and a rooftop bar. It is a short walking distance to the metro stations.

There was a turntable & vinyl records in the room! Such a nostalgia. It was really spacious for my family of four, the king bed in the room was super comfortable and the deco was very tasteful. The staff at check-in/check-out are awesome too!
