Everything was great during our stay. Amazing and very friendly staff. Food was ok and the best restaurant was Marco Polo. The Asian Restaurant was not that good. Entertainment was a big surprise with good shows. The host from Marco Polo and their waiters were very good as well as Rony with the Entertainment staff.

Thanks to the hotel staff our family vacation was great. The hotel was clean, the staff was super nice and helpful. If we have to rate our experience in this hotel on a 0-10 scale, we would say is an 8 just because the food was not so good and there was no much food options. But overall we had a good time.

Our stay at GR Solaris Cancún was nice. We like that the resort was small and staff was super friendly. The only downfall was the cod and the fact that we couldn’t get reservations to the only 3 restaurants during our stay. The restaurants were closed some nights or they were hosting members only which was unfair.

We had a wonderful stay at GR Solaris Cancun. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The all-inclusive experience was excellent, with plenty of food and drink options throughout the day. The restaurants had a good variety, the pools and beach were beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We were travelling with our baby, and the hotel was very comfortable and family-friendly. We especially appreciated how helpful and accommodating the staff were throughout our stay. The airport transportation included with our Expedia booking was also very convenient and made our arrival and departure much easier. Overall, we had a great first family vacation in Cancun and really enjoyed our stay at GR Solaris. We would be happy to come back again! 🌴🇲🇽❤️

It’s a clean and nice hotel, the only thing we didn’t like a lot was the food options, we traveled with a 3 year old kid and it didn’t have a lot options for him to eat, also you need to know their food schedule cause each restaurant has a different one so that’s kinda weird if you order room service it costs 100mxn pesos around 5.50 usd just be aware of that, the kid loved the little kids area with the waterslides, the snacks by the pool are amazing but once again not to many options, the staff is amazing they helped us with all our needs
