We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Overall, everything was great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The staff were great, always went above to help. We had good experiences from check in, we were upgraded to sea views, allowed an early check in. The restaurant staff were great , there were plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Medical staff onsite always checking up on the kids. The entertainment was excellent as well, all round, an excellent experience for a family.

I like the facility it was nice and clean and always smelled good. Staff was excellent. If I was to choose their buffet, I would say they need to change it up with different type of meals, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is consistant like any other place.

The pool was great. The buffet was not good. We booked Marco Polo which was a glorified version of buffet food. The other restaurant called Tai I believe, is amazing. You may struggle here if you can’t communicate in Spanish. The kids area was great for my younger child. Could not see myself coming here again.

Overall the hotel was clean and staff were nice. The food at the buffet isn’t fresh. There wasn’t a lot of variety. To access their restaurants yiu must reserve 24 hours in advance and when I was there everything was booked! So in terms of food I wasn’t pleased but one of the staff made an exception and allowed us to try one of the restaurants. Beach had seaweed so we didn’t swim there!! It’s an ok hotel won’t go again to this one. I had higher expectations for the price

Book your dinner reservations for the on-campus restaurants on day one. The spots go by very quickly. As far as night activities, the establishment can use more entertainment besides the 9pm show and post DJ. Bring your own coffee/tea mug. They are really concerned about the environment so they don’t provide a lid for their cups. The staff were very helpful and accommodations were excellent. I would book again. 8 out of 10

We are a couple from Miami that went to this hotel back in 2022 and we had a wonderful time, we are sorry to say that this time was not the same, we had a good time but not what we expected. The food needs to be improved, the day and night entertainments are not the same, the hotel is clean and the ocean was wonderful (no seaweed at all) that was great. I have no complaints from any of the employees, they all work very hard and they are always very pleasant specially Leo at the Lobby Bar. The night shows were not good except the candlelight night, and there was no live music every night like they had before. We love going to Cancun, but we will choose a different hotel next time!

This resort was good in a-lot of ways. The positives… The food was the best I’ve had at an all inclusive. The pools were clean and always plenty of places or sit with shade. The resort was clean! The best thing about it was Jose, the pool waiter, he was so kind. He kept us with drinks and remembered our names after one interaction. The negatives… The people were not friendly, there was only a couple staff that were friendly. The beach is what we come for and unfortunately the seaweed was so bad we couldn’t get in for several days. Also, you can hear everything through your walls. We were up most of the night with the people next to us. Also, bad in the halls as far as noise level. Overall, very mixed review for this resort.

Everything was really good except that the restaurants were hard to get them scheduled. I was only able to go to one restaurant because the rest were either closed or booked all day. I tried to book them the first day and I was not able to.
