Resort was clean and beautiful. Would of liked staff to be friendly. Bar tenders were friendly but need to know how to make a proper drink. Food was ok, lots of options, under cooked. Entertainment staff needs some work.

We loved the Majestic Elegance. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned daily. The beds were so comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. The entertainment on the beach, pool and the shows were great. Our waitress Maria on the beach was the best. Always smiling and so friendly. The food was good, the bartenders were great..i honestly have nothing bad to say. I can't wait to come back!

7/10 Positives - good drinks, friendly staff, big bed, lovely jacuzzi, big pool, large beach, lots of beach chairs Negatives - pool felt dirty on our last few days there. There was also a towel shortages daily. Our room lost electricity for a few minutes every day. Not enough pool side chairs Some odd things - toilet seat was a square which felt so weird on the booty. Our rooms' toilet was also too tall so I was uncomfortable every time I went #1 or #2. There are gaps between the restaurant hours where you won't be able to get any food. There's also an insulting Italian restaurant. Not the staff but the food.....the chicken was sooooo dry it felt like it was cooked 10x. The fish tasted like dried chicken, how magical. AND... don't order the pasta... just don't. Overall, not bad :)

The food was not great but the staff was incredible. Fun, friendly and happy to have you there. Get ready to be on Dominican time ~ kick back, relax and enjoy the wait. The beach and pool areas are amazing. We walked the shore past multiple other resorts and the Majestic Beach far exceeds the others in size, seating options and cleanliness. We loved our stay.

The workers are all so friendly. The property is beautiful. Saw first hand the guys climbing palm trees to trim them. What a sight. Maid service daily with beautiful flowers on your bed.

My husband and I stayed in the Elegance Club at the Majestic Elegance. Highly recommend the upgrade. Judy, our waitress was amazing. Loved her singing! Go down early morning to snag yourself a lounge bed by the pool. The a la carte breakfast at the Italian restaurant is a must as well as the Japanese restaurant. We had a couples massage which was ok. If you’re use to an RMT, may not recommend but great if you want something relaxing. We loved the calming atmosphere from the club side. Most guests are there to relax. Highly recommend.

The door to our bathroom was off the hook and they came back multiple times to fix and never did. We did not get the same items and quanity in our mini refridge as the rest of our group. Restaurant options were limited. Food on the Buffet that was supposed to be warm was cold. Our Butler, Modesto was awesome!
