"Very nice property, well manicured! Upgrade to Adult only "Unique" package is ok. The food could be better since it's an all inclusive package, and the service is ok, depending what restaurant you're at. With bigger groups, they tend to forget items ordered. Breakfast & lunch Buffets are huge sprawling with many options! Overall a good time with lots of options! 👍👍"

"The room was poorly maintained the ceiling leaked the towels looked stained and dirty the AC seemed like it didn’t work the the door sensor was lose so I figured out pushing it together.the staff was very disconnected from the guest with them all saying they didn’t speak English, calling front desk was useless because they never answered the phone. Party vibe is good only if you speak Spanish all around disappointed birthday week "

"Ocean Blue & Sand is an amazing place to stay!! The steak house and the Japanese restaurant were out of this world! The staff and all the local people were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend going to this resort!"

"The staff are fantastic! Room is huge with great walk in shower! The balcony is awesome with a jacuzzi tub that, when working, is wonderful( did not work properly and no service ever showed up to fix). There are some things that need to be worked on for communication with non bilingual guests. We had an issue with transportation that created inconvenience and stress that was a result of security issues. It was handled well by staff when we reported it. Pools are nice the entertainment staff are fabulous Overall the family property is in need of upgrades however is still a value for what we paid I will only return to the adult only property as I did experience an unfortunate situation involving room next to ours! "
