I had a wonderful experience at this resort! Everything was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was relaxing. We spent six days at Secrets Tides, and our trip was absolutely amazing! Everything—from the food and entertainment to the beautiful propert, was beyond what we expected. We especially loved the daytime activities, nightly shows, and entertainment in the lobby. The beach was beautiful and well maintained, and the resort did its best to keep on top of the sargassum. Overall, we had an incredible experience and would highly recommend Secrets Tides. We would definitely return!

Overall the place is truly a 5 star facility. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The beach is ok, but the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Food is also good at the restaurants. I did not try out the buffet. The folks at the preferred club are also wonderful to interact with.

This place is amazing. Everything is immaculate. The food and restaurants were fantastic. We never had a bad meal. Best Mahi mahi ever. Gregory was a hoot. He made our trip much more fun and became an extension of our family. The only not 5star part was that the property is relatively small and not a ton to do or see. Also would be nice to bring in local vendors a couple nights. Very chill, wouldn’t hesitate to go back

The room and the property was clean. Even though I didn’t use the room service I did like that the option was there 24/7. The staff were friendly. My favorite part was my spa experience. I feel like the nightly entertainment could have been better. They were short and not too exciting.
