"Most of the staff working at this hotel are rude or just don’t like working there. There are a few people that will treat you well and have good customer service skills but that’s not the norm. The buffet lacks variety and they rarely have a table ready. They should do something to organize the shuttle lines, when the train arrives it’s very chaotic. Pescador restaurant was good, but the host that night was more interested in telling me about the mistakes I made instead of trying to help. Hibachi restaurant was average. It was pretty much impossible to get a reservation for the Argentinian restaurant."

"The room was fantastic and my family had such a blast! The only real downfall, and the only reason I wouldn’t necessarily book here again is that the restaurants book up way too quickly, and the food in the buffet is subpar. The coffee in the room is also really not good, but the cappuccinos you can order at the buffet and the bars were fantastic."

"The Hard Rock was phenomenal! We traveled with 6 kids, 2 teenagers and 4 younger kids and there was something for everyone. There were food trucks with chicken tenders and fries everywhere, evening snacks with waffles, crepes, churros every night. The resort was so massive we probably only saw half of it. We saw 2 evening shows, 1 was supposed to be Dominican but ended up just being karaoke that was lame. The next night was a Beyonce show and WOW, it was so good! There were shuttles all over so no need to rent a golf cart. "

"It was a good stay, fairly clean, reasonably good food, great staff, the beach was good for walking with a very active ocean. We had a great 10 day stay."

"The grounds, pool and beach are beautiful with lots of greenery and palm trees. You really feel like you are in a tropical paradise. Staff are friendly but not proactive. Food/drink is mediocre. Rooms are clean and pleasant but a little musty and worn. "

"Bhogaley, indian Cuisine is the best. The chef Mr Dayal Singh is excellent. The Italian place was horrible and not at all accommodating to our food allergies . Shame on them. Very disappointing staff. Overall good experience but unfortunately no one understands English well so hard to communicate. Staff seemed lazy. "
