"During our recent family visit to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, we had a very good experience, making it a standout destination. The property captures the iconic rock-and-roll theme with bold décor, lively music, and a vibrant atmosphere that keeps the experience exciting from check-in to check-out. One of the strongest features of the property is its diverse and high-quality dining options. We could choose from a variety of restaurants with great consistency in food quality, presentation, and flavor. Even the buffet and quick-stop cafés are maintained at a high standard, with fresh selections, well-stocked stations, and clean environments — not always a given at large resorts. The customer service is consistently excellent. Employees are friendly and genuinely focused on making each guest feel welcomed. The hotel offers a vibrant and well-rounded lineup of activities and entertainment to suit all types of guests. The kids loved the water park and the resort-style pools, where we could enjoy daytime events. Retail shops, bars, and lounges round out the experience, making it easy to stay entertained and engaged without ever leaving the property. The guest rooms are clean, spacious, and offer comfortable beds, but some elements — particularly the bathrooms and showers — are showing signs of age. Showers are functional but lack modern features and could benefit from a remodel. Overall, the hotel delivers an exciting, well-rounded resort experience."

"I would recommend this resort to anyone. It is perfect for couples, families, friends, any occasion. Don’t plan to spend much time at the beach unless you don’t mind all the seaweed. It’s beautiful to sit there but very few opportunities to swim due to the amount of seaweed. I went with my daughter and stayed in the Over 18 areas. We had such a great time. There was always something to do, food to eat and beverages to drink 24/7, there were shows every night and the restaurants were good. The food didn’t really impress, but everything else did. We had a private pool with 7 other rooms and that was wonderful for quiet relaxation and there were public pools with swim up bars and music that we also enjoyed. All of the staff went above and beyond with every detail from the second we arrived until we got into our shuttle to return to the airport. I would highly recommend Majestic Mirage! "

"I had an amazing time, One thing i would say is the checking process needs to be improved as with other resort that stands out they make you feel special the minute you walk in, they get your passport or checking information, put you to sit down and give you something to drink etc come check up on you can tell you how the checkin process is going ..... here at breathless it was't that way, you stayed in line, some people get the treatment like larger group someone will come up and say let me get your passport, and the mini bar in the front desk did not cather for everyone, they give welcome drink to selective people .... i am only writing here so they can improve. Overall Experience however was excellent, Property cleanliness is top notch and super friendly staff, i even got a free coconut from one of the maintaince person task with picking the coconut from the tree early in the morning. i would recommend this place. "

"Upon entering Excellence Punta Cana, we were greeted by a receptionist that provide us a cold towel, while taking our bags, and directing us to the front desk. The view of the the ocean was visible, at this point, and it was incredible! After checking in with the hotel receptionist, we were immediately upgraded from a garden view location to a private pool location view, at no additional charge. We were only asked to rate the reception at a secure Excellence website. Needless to say, the receptionist was very helpful and provided us a great deal of information. The service at this hotel was amazing. The food was spectacular, and everyone that worked at the hotel, we had interactions with, were very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. The housekeeping staff dud an incredible job and they were always done by the time we returned in the afternoon, before leaving again. We have been to Punta Cana, on several occasions, for vacation and stayed at many different resorts. This, by far, was the most comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing, and beautiful! The entertainment provided at night was also quite spectacular. Finally, the views of the ocean from the situated shaded seating/resting areas were almost unreal. He would highly recommend my excellence experience to anyone. I know I will be returning there again soon."
