"This was our third trip to Majestic Mirage, and it did not disappoint. In fact, we were able to have the same room we had last year, and our butler, Amable, took care of us for our third visit in a row. We stayed in building 4 in the adults only section, and everything was fantastic, as usual. The 2 room suite, with patio and swim up pool is what we get each time we go. Worth every penny to us! We celebrated our anniversary, and Amable took the time to decorate our room. It's the extra attention to detail that we appreciate. If you book, ask for Amable to be your butler! He's the best. Additionally, I'd like to give a shout out to Juan and Gustavo at the pool bar at building 4. They too were so friendly and we enjoyed being served by them on a daily basis. One more shout out to a server that we had at the Seaside restaurant: Carlos, was also fantastic and served us with a smile. We had a romantic dinner for 2 on the beach for the 2nd time in 3 trips, and Carlos waited on us there both times. The staff all throughout the resort were friendly and helpful. We definitely plan on returning next year for our 4th visit in a row. We enjoyed the hydrotherapy service at the spa, and we used the fitness room every day. Both the spa and fitness room were will equipped and cared for. While this resort does not have a giant main party pool, the lazy river style pool is perfect for us, and we like the fact that the pool in the adults only section is separate from the pool for families with "

"The place is nice but extremely big everything is a trek. The water park is awesome and pools are extremely nice the rooms are subpar and the food is good just doesn’t change in variety from day to day too much. The most disappointing thing was the night time entertainment for families. If there was anything it didn’t start till 8/830 and normally was just a singer or something. i just wish it was more of an inclusive vibe and fun activities i guess like were use to. "
