The property itself was very nice. The service was average. There was no air conditioning in many of the restaurants which led to bad dining experience. Really not much poolside entertainment or nightly entertainment

This resort was fantastic. I had one of the best experiences staying in this resort. The food in the buffet was amazing, the service in the restaurants were outstanding. I would recommend this spot to anyone planning on visiting the Dominican Republic. Also, the employee in reception his name is Jose Calzado, he treated my family and I so well also helped us through any concerns we had. He made the stay at the resort even better.

I recently stayed at this property and I can say everything was great. They had a lot of food options and I can say food was better than a lot of the all inclusives I’ve stayed in, in Cancun. The grounds of the property are very nice as well and I liked that we had beach access directly from the property. I can say though that some of the buildings look a little run down and could use some renovation. My room was very nice and I had a nice view of the pool area. The one thing I can say is I’m not too sure maintenance was mopping the floors in the rooms because my socks were always filthy. My tub was also dirty upon arrival. Other than that all the staff was very nice and accommodating. The buffet does need to have some type of ventilation or air conditioning put in because it was always hot and more than often my group and I would be sweating while we ate. Out of all the restaurants there my favorite had to be the Italian restaurant. I would not recommend the Mexican restaurant at all. Had a great time and enjoyed my stay.

They don't have adecuate handicap facilities. The ramps are too elevate without metal bars, so I can't use. Even I asked for a handicap room, they gave me a first floor room without metal bars in the bathroon, not a handicap room. It's like the hotel made the minimun effort to be by law. Even the entrance ramp is too high. I can't use the entrance, the theather, the cofee shop and some of the restaurants.

Same food pretty much at all the different venues, and the food was not that good. I tried it. Ecause it was affordable, lesson learned. Air conditioning in the rooms and restaurants were not able to keep up, early April and very uncomfortable. Tiny and Watery drinks served in plastic kids cups, beer selection non-existent. Can only guess they’re trying to limit guests intake, which kinda makes sense. Luckily I’m not too picky and don’t mind Presidente, as that was the only beer available. Beach is right, not a lot of room to spread out. Team blue and sales people on beach make it hard to relax.

The Hotel is very nice. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Entertainment was very good. The one thing that needs improvement is the service in the buffet areas. The service was extremely slow to bring silverware and other things.

I enjoyed the food options in the buffet and the drinks were good. I didn’t like the service in the Villa restaurant near the pool. Every time I went to get food, the waiters would walk right by me and not offer water or drinks. When I did ask, they wouldn’t come back with it. It happened multiple times. Also, I didn’t like that you couldn’t reserve a table in every restaurant. It was a hit or miss, missing meant waiting for two hours to be seated. I just decided to eat at the buffet, which offered a great food selection. Overall, I give this place 4 stars.

It was a beautiful resort to enjoy! Is a family oriented place! Two pools with a bar and enough space for everyone. The dislikes you have to be under the privilege group to reserve restaurants. We try to reserve and everything was taken. In addition the place needs more sun umbrellas. Over all nice place to vacation.

When we arrived at the property everyone was very nice. When we got to our room there was a noticeable musty mildew smell. I brought it to the attention to our butler who was able to switch us to another room that did not have that mildew smell. Overall the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately some of the restaurants seemed short staffed which led to some long waits. The waiters were very sincere and apologetic for the long wait times. Overall my family and I had a great experience and would go back again.
