Primero que nada quiero aclarar que no0s hospedadmos en el Hotel Jewel palm Beach ya que el Be Live esta cerrado por remodelación. El hotel es excelente muy comodo y el trato de los empleados es espectacular.

The hotel changed my reservation due to some renovations in the property; I’m totally fine with that even though they told me a week before the trip. What has me upset is the fact that we were traveling with some friends and did nothing to keep us together in the same hotel, on the contrary they had us in different hotels the whole time. If that wasn’t enough, they confirmed my fiancé and that our reservation was at the Jewel Punta Cana (beautiful btw) and when we arrived, they had our reservation in a different hotel Jewel Palm Beach (Stunning 10/10). This miscommunication cost us $120 dollars only in taxis going back and forth hotels. I’m very glad we stayed at a different hotel, what I’m upset about is the fact that we couldn’t enjoy my fiancé’s birthday celebration with the friends we were traveling to.

This was a terrible experience. The service was terrIble. There were roaches in the room. The ac broke and they wouldnt help us. There was flooding and mold as well.

The only concern I have is the Lobster restaurant- they have fish/ squid in the menu but NO lobster and shrimps are extra $$. Also, when I called the 24 hours room service, there's $8 extra for delivery and it's NOT 24 hours. Furthermore, we were requested to tip/spend USD money inside the resort but they only exchange DOP in the reception/ currency exchange area. Oh and the beach has a lot of seaweed on the shore. Entertainment is pretty good. Food is good. Service is sometimes really good but other times, it's not as pleasant.
