"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time i had no complaints but this time there were a few things wrong with our room. For one, the hot tub never worked, it didn’t drain meaning we couldn’t clean out all of the bugs in order to fill it up and use it. The shower had some hair in it from the last guest. And the tablet for room service never worked which we brought up with the hotel but it was never resolved. We loved that amount of things to do at this hotel and all the pools and beaches were amazing. Staff was awesome. The food was a hit or miss for me, the steak restaurant was good and the hibachi was good as well. The buffet i would give a 3/5. Overall, i would stay again but im definitely a little disappointed in the room condition and food. "

"I can not say enough about this resort. It’s so amazing that we are already planing our trip back. The staff are so nice, pleasant, willing to assist in anyway, and they make sure you have a good time. Our butler Eloy was the best, he made my birthday vacation so special, went above and beyond. Food, drinks, and the coffee shop are amazing beat coffee ever"
