We had the best experience of all inclusive at this property. Everything and I mean everything was almost to perfect. Dream flora was gorgeous. The grounds, pools, resturaunts.. everything was well maintained and clean! Food was good. We liked the hibachi, sushi, breakfast buffet and Portifino. We did a prefered suite and had a butler for the week. Wily went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He sought us out daily to check in and communicated daily. The staff put a banner on the door and wily had a cake delivered to the resturaunt for my husbands birthday. We accidently balled up swim trunks into dirty towels and the gousekeeping staff found them and brought them back to our room. We would absolutely go back!

I have been to Punta Cana about 16 times and this is one of the best resorts. The food is excellent. Not one bad meal. Staff are very friendly. Great water park for children. Rooms were well maintained and just the right size. We loved the beach and lots of loungers at any time of day. Can’t say one bad thing about this place. We will go back. A very positive experience for the whole family. Thanks Dreams Flora for making our vacation a step above all the rest.

Lovely resort! Perfect place to get away. The staff was so attentive to our every need. Super clean. Great choices for breakfast, lunch, and diner. The bartenders at the pool were so friendly and made for a great time. I can’t wait to go back!!

The property is gorgeous. Plenty of activities to do. The teen club was a big hit with my kids and gave us parents the chance to do activities in our own. The spa is delightful. The staff is super friendly and the pool bartenders really aim to please.

Resort is nice and very clean. Eco friendly. Stuff is very nice. Resort is more on relaxing side. We were not impressed with food (mostly the same evey day and mediocre) and not much of entertainment like in other resorts that we stood before. Nothing to do after 11 pm. Overall is nice place if you want to relax and have some rest.

The Buffett restaurant can do better even service. I upgraded to preferred and the treatment was beyond my expectations. Food and service was great. Emilio and Michael were great.!

Service is excellent. The resort is beautiful the only inconvenience I saw was that it was very hard to find seats around pool area most of the time it was all full and no where to sit/ place your stuff

I really like the VIP service the employees from the VIP section were all friendly they remembered and addressed us by our name. Emilio from the concierge and Michael from the Seaside Grill were incredible host. Emilio made sure we had an itinerary each day and recommended us to do something new each day. Michael would plan our meals eat day. I highly recommend this resort it was the best.

My stay at this resort was wonderful, the staff was great, always friendly. The food was wonderful as well, always many options at the buffet. The beach was not great, full of seaweed, otherwise everything was fantastic.
