the staff was amazing. Always on a good mood and helpful. Fernandito from the Tiki bar when out of his way to get me the best drink. The staff was excellent. My wife and I notice the staff is always happy, willing to help and they enjoy what they do. The butler was excellent and saw to our needs. The maid service was poor. We killed roaches in our room. The hot tub was in poor condition and chairs outside had black mold on them. The seaweed was disappointing and limited the beach. The food was good and the bar staff and servers were excellent.

On 7/19/2024 there was an outage on all U.S. flights and we were not able to make it to the resort… we tried working with majestic mirage and Expedia and they both were horrible. The resort kept saying they would check with management to see about rescheduling but never got back to us and we Called back 5 times with the last time being put on hold for an hour and half. Wish the resort was more accommodating in a time like this but they were not and that’s unfortunate. As for Expedia… they just don’t listen, i asked them to see about rescheduling but they told the resort we wanted a refund…. Totally beyond me

Love the property in general. Italian was not good. Steak was great! Sushi needs a menu. Staff was AMAZING!! Breakfast morning 1 had rat run through Buffett. Big no and never went back. Piano bar needs to be more than classical. Pool bar and swim up rooms are worth it. Ambiance of seaside is second to none. Review may seemed mixed but I had the most amazing time and already planning trip back with wife!

It is a beautiful resort. But there were a few little things that added up. Our morning started off at 2am going to the airport for a 5am flight. We had a layover and arrived to the resort about 3:30pm local time. We waited about 2 hours in the open-air lobby to get checked in, despite pre-checking in before arriving there. And then we had to wait for our luggage once we got to the room. When we arrived to the resort, we were tired and hot. And there was very high humidity that our bodies weren’t quite yet acclimated to. There was an indoor waiting area, but it was already full of people waiting to get checked in as well. We feel like we wasted half a day waiting. Our room definitely had some water issues. Our ceiling had been repaired numerous times due to water leaking. And it was just a matter of time before it will leak again. Literally, you could see bubbles of water under the paint. I have pictures. Our shower drain didn’t drain properly. The drain, yes, the drain, was higher than the lowest point of the shower, so there was always water pooling in the shower. One of our sinks smelled like sewer gas all the time. This resort advertises that you get a butler, but we only saw our butler 3 times during our 8 day stay. We met another family with the same butler and they felt the same way. At first, they thought they thought he was just AI responding to their texts. But we told them he was real because he was the one who showed us to your room.

Unfortunately this is hotel was below our expectations. Day 1: * Upon arrival, our room was extremely humid with no airflow due to a malfunctioning AC unit. This made our stay uncomfortable from the outset. * We dined at the buffet for both lunch and dinner. * Our blankets had a really bad odor due to the humidity. 2. Day 2: * My girlfriend woke up in severe discomfort with stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea occurring every 30 minutes. * We brought up the conditions of the room in multiple occasions to the receptionist, butler, and other staff. * The cleaning lady noticed the bad conditions of the room and tried to bring us dehumidifier however it didn’t work. * Despite repeated requests, our room's blankets were not changed promptly, causing further discomfort due to unpleasant odors. * We had to seek medical assistance at your on-site clinic, where we spent 3 hours receiving treatment. The medical expenses totaled $375 USD. * Walked up to lobby at 11:30pm because they had not done nothing about our room and finally a guy brought a machine where he even expressed that our room was in really bad condition and we needed to get it changed. 3. Day 3: * Despite multiple requests and visits to the lobby, our room was finally changed on this day. It felt as if are requests were being ignored after complaining countless of times to many different staff. * Both my girlfriend and I continued to experience gastrointestinal issues, which persisted despite the room change. * Prior to
