"THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR RESORT NO MATTER WHAT THEY ADVERTISE OR ASPIRE TO BE. THIS IS OUR 5th TIME STAYING AT THIS RESORT. Location: 5 stars - beautiful beach - the best part of the resort. Premium Level: 2 stars due to issues with rooms - Booked 2 rooms with request for adjacent rooms. Resort initially gave us rooms very far apart in separate buildings. After 2 days moved to the same building with 1 room on first floor and the second room directly above on the third floor. My adult daughters got eaten up by mosquitos in that first floor room on the first night in that room. They moved to our room on the 3rd floor for 2 nights. They then moved to a 3rd floor room 4 doors down from us for the remainder of the stay. The people at the premium level desk did not seem to care. They kept saying that since we booked with Expedia they could not give us adjacent rooms or compensate us for the loss of use of the 1st floor room. Housekeeping: 2 stars - Rooms are clean. However, they leave the sliding doors open while cleaning causing mosquitos to enter the room. In the public areas, they mop the floors with some oily cleaner. My daughter slipped on the stairs and was in pain for the rest of our stay. Rooms: 1 star - Rooms are in dire need of updating. We had issues with hair dryers, safes not working, air conditioning cutting off because the sliding doors were closed but not aligned with the door sensors. Public Spaces: I sank down in every chair I sat in. Restaurants: 3 stars"

"Beautiful resort and beautiful beaches and the food was great numerous activities to keep you busy. The only negative comment I would have is the trolleys and the scooters that run up the sidewalks all the time when you try to walk somewhere you’re always moving out of the way for them."

"We loved the property, and the staff was amazing—truly beyond expectations. Pros: Beautiful beachfront location Pools were clean, well-maintained, and visually stunning The entire property was well kept and inviting Beach, pool, and room service were all top notch The spa was excellent Restaurants — The Grill and Spice were absolutely delicious A great variety of daily activities offered, which made the stay even more enjoyable Cons: The room showed some signs of age. Not terrible, but you could see some repair and patchwork. We had an amazing time and would definitely go back and highly recommend this property! "

"La hora del check in , las persona de enfrente de la entrada principal donde dejan pasar los vehículos donde piden ID a los taxis , busses etc en abril 29 , 7:00pm olvide su nombre una señorita que estaba ubicada ahí no me dejó pasar y el uber me tuvo que dejar ahí en la entrada que disque ella llamó al hotel y la reservación no estaba en el sistema y yo tenía el miedo por lo que había pasado con la mujer que desapareció en riu y Murio no me sentí seguro yo con mis maletas y ella con una actitud no agradable , entonces para que está el lobby le pregunté y ella me dijo que disque para el huéspedes y yo en ese momento ya era huéspedes le enseñé la confirmación del hotel y nada PÉSIMO ATENCIÓN A LA HORA DE LA LLEGADA , cuando ya pude entrar los caballeros muy atentos y profesionales pero ella me dejó mucho que pensar en el hotel"
