The layout of the villas is pretty cool. Food was great and the staff were extremely kind. It’s probably the best part of the resort. Beach wasn’t in the greatest condition but the pool and bars made up for it.

Victor was very helpful and made my birthday trip very special and went above and beyond. He makes me want to visit again. Facilities were amazing as well. Spa was amazing and I had Kathiana as a masseuse and she was incredible

Everything was amazing. Juan Jalpay was our concierge and did a great job at checking in and providing daily schedules. Cart services were friendly and quick. Loved the excursions offered on property. Would book again!

Juan was our concierge and he handled everything for us and because of him our stay was amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly with everything we needed. Angel and Euris who were the staff at the breakfast restaurant made us feel like family the way the welcomed us and we couldn’t have had a better time because of them.

This was a great place to stay. The scenery throughout this hotel was amazing with a palm tree in every view. Great pools, great beach, clean hotel rooms. Love the outdoor barbecues and the Japanese restaurant. Juan Jalpay was our butler and he was so amazing and helped us with everything throughout our stay

Everything at the property was great and everything expected from an all inclusive… it is a family property so be mindful of that… if your looking for adults only… but overall a great experience food and restaurants were great and out butler/concierge Rafael was excellent as well with helping setup and change our restaurant reservations so we could enjoy the night entertainment

Are staying at the grand Palladium was wonderful. The staff was really friendly, helpful . Robinson our butler was awesome to us. Took care of all our needs and was super friendly. I would recommend this resort

It was great! Just had trouble with the service in some restaurants, customer service wise, but other than that I loved how you would be able to take a transportation cart and be able to be transported to different locations in the resort since it does have like 4-5 resorts in there.

The room was clean. The staff, especially Constantino was extremely helpful with whatever we needed during our stay. Luis, was also very helpful in taking us to our room and making sure we got where we needed to go.

Raul the butler was the best help for everything around the resort. He was able to go above and beyond to help pick out our dinners and help us navigate the resort easily. Overall Raul was the highlight of our trip and providing the most help whether it was deciding where to get food, planning out trips back to the airport, or even checking in and checking out of he resort, he was there whenever we needed him.

Really appreciated staff members Rafael ( Reception) and Ramon (Butler). Rafael made sure we had a smooth check in and was very attentive during our stay. He was extremely friendly and informative of all the activities and experiences the resort had to offer. Ramon was also very attentive and was always there when needed.
