We had a good time at this facility, Nevertheless there were some issues with the room (bathroom), the tv remote didn't have batteries (we kindly asked to be changed for a new ones but nobody helped) and the smell in the room from the outside was terrible. The small details should really matter, I hope next time our stay will be better.

So this is our second time here in 3 years and the service has gone down drastically! The staff is not as attentive to the guests and overall I don’t think this is quite adults only since most of the guest were 18-30 yrs old loud and rowdy crowd!

The property itself is very nice with many amenities and dining options. I wish it had dominican food options since it is in the Dominican Republic. The rooms seemed dated. The main issue is the keys malfunction everyday, it is so common that employees at the desk laugh about it. Now the next two issues i had i was told are not common at all. I had toilet trouble and had to call maintence. Also the shower had a hot water issue for a day, it was only flowing very hot water. They said it was a technical and was resolved. A big issue was at the pool an enebriated couple were openly pleasing each other and then one vomited at the pool bar. The employees did not announce what happened, others in the pool were warning others to leave the pool because of the vomit. After all that i would still return and tell others to go but the experience could have beeb less stressful without those issues.

Where do I start. Lets start with the rooms. When I first arrived I had to switch my room because the two times they had to reset my keys they wouldnt work. Then the AC in the room was just horrible. It worked when it wanted to. I called and complained about and nothing was done. Shower was leaking into the room through the smoked glass. The iron and some nasty stuff that was stuck on it and ruined one of my shirts. It was either Thursday or Friday night there was no water through the whole property in the early morning around 4am. Today Sunday there was no hot water in my room. The food was the same every single day and tasted horrible. All in all I will never stay at this Riu again. My experience definitely sucked!

I liked how when we arrived Jassin helped us with our luggage. He made sure we got everything in our room. I did not like the food except for one restaurant. Ramon was a great server every morning for breakfast.

The Resort was beautiful I had an amazing time but they need to do better with responding to customers needs. You call the front desk they rarely answer you need to literally walk to them they need better air conditioning system and more hvac people working nights to accommodate guest. They also need to update their key fobs as well a lot of guests were complaining about that as well as me but for the most part the resort is very beautiful, entertaining, and overall fun keep up the good work I will be back!
