Great and helpful staff. Average quality of food in the buffet. Great entertainment. Beach was not clean due to algae. Overall good place.

The staff was wonderful they go the extra mile to help you during your stay. I have to give a shout out to the animation team. They really now how to make you have fun. Kudos to Beyoncé, Flor and Peluche. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

The staff were great and welcoming. Everything went pretty smoothly. Got an upgrade on my room due to the unavailability of the room I booked through third party. The restaurants and events were good.

The resort was even more beautiful in person than on the Expedia sight. The room was well maintained , the staff were very friendly and polite. The pool was amazing. This is a beautiful place to come and enjoy your time away from all the craziness around us . Thank you all for an amazing experience.
