No tuve buena experiencia , el cuarto olía a letrina , cosas rotas , poco mantenimiento de la propiedad , es inseguro ya que mis tarjetas de CC fueron clonadas por personal del hotel que entró al cuarto. De los Restaurantes a la carta solo sirve uno el Japonés los demás no pierdas el tiempo ahí .El bar de la piscina estaba lleno de turismo local y borrachos . Para mí lo único bueno fue el SPA y la playa . Lo siento pero a este hotel no lo recomiendo .

Las Habitaciones tenían mal olor parece que le dan poco mantenimiento , le robaron a mi hija toda la información de las tarjetas de crédito y débito que tenía en la cartera. El mini bar no funcionaba la puerta del baño se estaba cayendo , el personal de mantenimiento y limpieza no es confiable , nunca pagamos nada con las tarjetas , fueron capaces de abrir el clóset tocar propiedad ajena y clonar todas las tarjetas para después sacarle dinero. Y todavía tienen la cara dura el hotel de querer venderte una membresía de time share hello donde roban a los Guest en los cuartos NUNCA MÁS VOLVERÉ AHÍ , cuando me quejé al hotel lo que había pasado la respuesta fue que no les diera una mala evaluación , me echaron a perder las vacaciones y ni siquiera les importó, ni una disculpa , el hotel es inseguro y peligroso . Lo único que sirve y vale la pena es el SPA y el restaurante Japonés .

The property is very family oriented as well as for singles, couples and potential couples who would like to get married. The different amenities are a plus for the resort and the staff are very friendly that it would over shadow one bad experience. Overall the property gets five stars from my group.

Loved the beach at this resort it was clean beautiful water and just a pleasure being at. The food at the buffet and ala carte restaurants was also good and some great choices. Fernand our concierge was great in answering our questions and booked us in at the spa which we loved. The disappointing part of the trip was the service of the staff in the buffet areas. No one was happy and responsible. But the overall experience was great.

Very dirty, rooms were not clean. Bad food. My son got injured and lifeguard didn’t respond. Bees everywhere. My son got stung. Bird poop on loungers. Pool wasn’t walkable. Unfriendly staff. They said there was a shuttle to the waterpark, but there was not. Would not recommend. Lack of plates and utensils in dining facilities. Birds flying around in interior dining areas.

The staff has the worst attitude. They do not answer, and never bring what you request, or if they bring it, it is the worst quality. Specially at the buffet restaurant. The beach chairs are all worn out, and dirty. Some of the food, specially the meat, is dry and tough and not at the adequate temperature.
