The room was very clean, the hotels are beautiful and huge. They also plan lots of different activities throughout the day, we loved that. The beach was clean. The night buffet was very good and offered a variety of foods, however, the desserts and other restaurants were just ok when it came to taste/seasoning. I think the food could be better.

I enjoyed my stay here! I brought my two children to Bahia, to celebrate their birthdays. They truly enjoyed themselves. I felt very safe on the property. I really loved the "trains" that picked up the guests at various stops around the property, to help us get from place to place. I thought that was a GENIUS idea! The pool areas were nice, we frequented them daily. And we even played volleyball on the beach for a few hours, with a group of strangers, which was so fun! :-) I would definitely visit again!

The resort itself is beautiful—well maintained, with lush gardens, spacious pools, and direct access to a stunning beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, making it easy to relax and enjoy the vacation. The food and drinks were excellent, with a wide variety of options at the buffets and restaurants, and everything was fresh and tasty.

The staff was very friendly. The food options were decent, even though there was a particular smell in the main dining room. The rooms were nice. The resort was huge, as it was a combination of several, waiting for the train could be a lil frustrating. Overall, we loved our stay.

If you love people, music and lots to do then you will enjoy this. If you’re like me and want to listen to the birds with your morning coffee and have some quiet space go somewhere else. The noise level is rarely below 60 decibels. I was next door to the gym and the outdoor music started at 6:15 am. Restaurants were between 70 and 80 decibels. Each pool is louder than the last. The beach is packed and there you get not only the resort music but everyone’s personal speaker’s blasting in all directions. I was in one of the newer rooms and it was nicely appointed aside from being unable to enjoy any quiet time on the balcony. You will gets lots of walking in. I averaged 20,000 per day. Apparently the adult only area is quiet but they were full when I was there. I will opt for Melia if I return to Punta Cana. Way more my style.

The bartenders at Mai Tai bar in lobby are great! Thank you Denisse, Renny, and Dilsa for excellent service! Also, kids club was awesome. My daughter had a lot of fun with the staff!
