Not impressed . Only spa experience was great and friendly. Restaurants are okey and make sure don’t order steak medium or medium rare because it will be over well done. French restaurant was the only one who had great service and good. It’s a must! Pool towel guy was smart ass. Service in general sucks and they barely say hi around there. Beach was nice . Drinks water down unless u tip them well.

The property looked beautiful from a view. The jacuzzi didn’t work. The pool had a brown stain around it. The food at the buffet was always cold The hibachi restaurant only had beef and chicken and pre-cooked vegetables. There was no shrimp included, but they did serve sushi at the end which I don’t eat so I have no idea how that tasted. They advertise a steakhouse, but it is what it is is a beach grill with hamburgers and hotdog They had a lot of cats lingering around in the food area outside no matter how much ice you put in the drinks they do not get cold. My husband and I both had diarrhea and nausea. Mine lasted for several hours. It lasted for five days.

Nice resort, beautiful grounds, pools and beach. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were nice and the beds were excellent. Drinks here are top notch. The only downside it the all of the areas for the preferential guests could not be used even though most were empty.

Great experience all around. Beautiful pools , plants and great restaurants. Beach was great with plenty of things to do. Great entertainment every night along with pool parties and DJ during the day. Minimal kids staying while we were here . If your thinking of staying at secrets next door it is very big and open and for a much older crowd. People 65 plus sleeping and snoring by the pool without the music and pool fun atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone 18 to 55 years old who like to have fun and interact with others.
