This resort is absolutely a 10/10! Incredible! There is not a thing I would change. The food, the drinks, the rooms, the service and staff, the grounds, everything was exceptional. We found everything to be extremely clean and well taken care of, the staff was absolutely incredible, kind, friendly and funny. We traveled with 3 young kids 5 and under and they had an absolute blast, the resort is extremely mid and family friendly. We cannot wait to return and couldn’t recommend this resort enough!!

The staff was very accommodating with everything, and always with a smile. The pool activities were always fun and entertaining. The food was great although we are always very happy with the buffets. There is such a selection to choose from. Our concierge Emmanuel Morillo checked on us every day to make sure we were happy as he did last year when we stayed. The beaches were kept clean and, you could take long walks and feel safe. We will definitely be back!

Great experience all around. Beautiful pools , plants and great restaurants. Beach was great with plenty of things to do. Great entertainment every night along with pool parties and DJ during the day. Minimal kids staying while we were here . If your thinking of staying at secrets next door it is very big and open and for a much older crowd. People 65 plus sleeping and snoring by the pool without the music and pool fun atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone 18 to 55 years old who like to have fun and interact with others.

Nice resort, beautiful grounds, pools and beach. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were nice and the beds were excellent. Drinks here are top notch. The only downside it the all of the areas for the preferential guests could not be used even though most were empty.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff, nice room and bath, lots of fresh food with plenty of variety. Beautiful beach with plenty of shade coverage. However, lounge chairs were uncomfortable; they need cushions!

Every part of the resort is really beautiful and it’s so fun! I love the layout and all the different pools. All the staff have been so friendly and kind. The rooms are clean and have everything you need! There are multiple restaurants to choose from and the food is pretty good! It’s right next to Secrets and you can walk over and explore that areas as well!

Pools were lower temperature than desired as an alternative to the ocean. Some staff were friendly, some were not or were passive. Food quality was mostly poor for the resort price compared to other all-inclusives that we’ve visited. Offsite Excursions were fun and well managed from booking to transport and the excursion itself.

The preferred club is totally worth it! Our butler, Billy made our stay even more magical than it was waking up in paradise every morning! The resort is stunning and the service was excellent!
