From the moment I arrived I felt as if i was family there. The entire staff was amazing. From getting drinks served to us poolside to making sure my son had a fresh coconut they were always there for us. Miguel was an absolute pleasure an made making reservations and activities super easy thanks for the help. Highly recommend this resort for a family! Definitely coming back

I took my daughter to Punta Cana/Finest to celebrate her 18th birthday. The reason we selected this particular property was because they allowed kids. My grand baby was supposed to come as well but ended up not coming in the end. When we arrived to the resort, I ended up upgrading to the VIP section and adults only side. There’s a few things that I’d like to say about the property. I like that you’re able to bring your family as well being able to enjoy quiet time. All of the staff were friendly and professional. My room was clean and was cleaned everyday. There’s a housekeeping button to press if you need to. However, they cleaned the room anyway. The mini bar is stocked and because the resort is all inclusive, there wasn’t an additional charge. The food was ok. Now, there are several restaurants but I really enjoyed Dukes, the seafood restaurant. Brass, the steakhouse has a weird dress policy and kind of rubbed me the wrong way. The ended up allowing my daughter and I to dine but they gave us a hard time because my daughter had on slides (sandals). Please review their dress policy beforehand. I had a massage with hot stones and Oscar was amazing. I suggest anyone looking to go to the spa to request Oscar. My only gripe is there could be better entertainment. Overall, we had a great time.

Finest Punta Cana was exactly as it appears on their website. Staff very friendly, property and rooms spacious and clean! Our family (9 adults and 2 small children) had 4 Terrace suites for 4 nights. Beach and pool areas were lovely…never had a problem getting a space together. Many restaurants and food spots to choose from…never had to have the same thing twice unless you chose to do so:). Would definitely recommend…our family had a wonderful vacation!

All the staff are super friendly and always make sure you’re comfortable and having a good time. Joselito torres in activities, Lemuel Santana (one of the wait staff), Alex nova at the front desk and yereni at the golden bar were all extra friendly and helpful!

The property is chic modern clean the staff was amazing and dedicated to service the guy kevin in the mexican restaurant went above and beyond. The food was amazing enough variety some of people in my group would like more music thru the property but it was perfect for me i enjoyed the relaxation peaceful times

Our stay was amazing. The food was great. The resort staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was excellent. I think the main thing that stood out was the way the staff treated you. They treated you like a valued family guest and went out of their way to make sure your stay was top notch. Mary at the unique bar was amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had a great time. Also Andrys at legends bar became like an old friend. Those two really made us feel so welcome.
