The room and cleanliness were excellent, as was the entertainment team. As for the restaurant reservation service, it was not the best, as there was never any space to reserve any, and as a hotel guest who has paid quite a bit of money to stay at the hotel, I was never given a single option to eat at any of them.

Overall everything was excellent. It's my 6th time staying at this resort. Including my own wedding. Excellent for families. My only concern is flooring slippery around the kids pool/playground by the family area. That needs to be safely re-do. Saw multiple accidents mostly kids falling backwards. Brought it up to the staffing and hopping for a quick solution. Thanks. As of now, don't let your kids or grown-up run out of the pool .

The property was beautiful. The food was plentiful and very, VERY, bad!!! We were treated poorly on our last night by the manager at La Dolce Vita. We were denied service because we did not have the proper clothing which we didn’t even know to bring. But also we had already packed to leave. The manager bumped into me during an argument. I don’t know if it was intentional. But it could have easily started a riot. He was the absolute worst!!!!!

I think you have to train the employees with better costumer service, they seem tired, exhausted, their face leaves a lot to say, in restaurants like the French one, the aptitude of the waiters speak very loudly when asking you what you want, the cleanliness of the buffet is not the best adequate with covered plates and glasses, training the employees would be the first thing.

The condition and cleanliness of the room was poor. There was signs of flooding/leaks in the room, smells of mildew and black mold visibly present. I returned home with a horrible sinus infection.

The food at the dining restaurant was terrible, the Mexican restaurant was the worst, the staff is not well trained, they are also rude, the food was anything but mexican, Emilio help us to have the only two good experience, that was the Japanese and the spaniel.

Buffet servers would ignore you all the time after requesting juice or water. The restaurant servers were nice and attentive. The cleaning lady forgot hand towels everyday. I had to pay for 4 adults instead of 2 adults and 2 teenagers who didn't have access to the casino or club, and of course do not drink alcohol. After asking about this I was sent from one department to the next and never got the issue resolved.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is large with plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, etc. The pools and beach were gorgeous, never over crowded. We had the family style room with an upper level loft area. The BEST having a separate king bed and separate bathroom from the kids downstairs

No proper English speaking employees. Pork food were all mix with regular food products for example a person who takes a omelette with bacon the same bowl will use for the next person with no bacon mix alcoholic beverages for ladies was limited 2 kinds always the the list goes on and on. I will not be coming back.
