This was good trip, we had initial issue in check-in which took more than 1.5 hours to get our room, which could have avoided. Also I feel for all Exclusive resort there should be more activities and fun, apart from food and drink.

Nice property. Really worth upgrading to The Level status. Better selection of restaurants, pools. Room is also much bigger and you get a jaccuzi in room. You also get a concierge that can bring whatever you need. Service was the worst. This was our first time in DR and for an All Inclusive deal, we will not go back.

We’ve stayed here many times since 2014 and every year something changes. This time the service was horrible, almost no gulf carts to take you around, you have to wave the staff down to get serviced. The new young staff are extremely lazy and rude, bring back the mature workers.
