"We had an ocean view and a corner room of the hotel. Absolutely beautiful rooms and very clean. The cleaning staff came in daily to stock the fridge and provide clean towels. Everyone was very helpful and kind, the service was excellent. The restaurants were also incredible for dinner and some were open for lunch. The buffet was always really well kept up with and had plenty of options"

"Customer service was severely lacking as English was very limited. The smoke detector was beeping every 30 seconds in our room and their solution? Turn off the breaker so we have no smoke detector at all. Did you want blinds on the windows? Nope. We hung a towel over the window. Worst of all they double charged me by not releasing the hold on my credit card and after 3 months won't issue a refund. It's fraud and criminal and intentional. After 10 reminders to make it right they won't, even after admitting their mistake. Mistakes happen but refusing to fix the mistake is intentional. Traveler beware!"

"We wasted 2 days of our vacation: first night was in bldg 41, in horrible conditions: no AC until midnight, then with the extreme noise, old, dirty furniture, disgusting bathroom, grey towels. We showed the cockroach to the staff next morning and they promised to change it. We spent all day until 6 pm without the room. In the bldg 51, the room was ok. Staff was good. Beach area very nice "

"We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was comfortable amenities were beautiful. Shuttle to the beach is available within five minutes. A true escape. We were looking for somewhere that was peaceful but still lively. This was the perfect mix of calm and relaxing, but vibrant. It’s a friendly vibe, not crazy party vibe.
