"Just came to Meliá Punta Cana The Level with my family for the first time. Everything about this stay was so wonderful and amazing. I can’t wait to come back. Very grateful to our concierge Eddie Sambo who facilitated me getting another room when I arrived, as I was a little uncomfortable being on the ground floor and in a building all by myself away from other family. He made this happen quickly, and I was so grateful for that. Also appreciated him getting our reservations to all the restaurants as well as our taxi back to the airport. Miguel and Yeuridis were so lovely at The Level restaurant. They were so attentive every morning at breakfast as well as one of our dinners there and lunch. They made us feel welcome each day and went out of their way to help us with everything. Albania was so wonderful greeting us and getting our tables. A HUGE shoutout to Carmen R. at The Level restaurant too. She can’t be happy every morning with the best Dominican coffee. she set the tone each day with the warmest greeting. I am going to miss seeing her everyday! Thank you to all the amazing staff at the spa! Best massage ever. Thank you to all the drivers and landscapers are so kind and warm. My only challenge during my stay is I had barely warm water in my shower. Otherwise? Perfection! This place is so special. Can’t wait to return! ❤️🌺"
