"Best food we’ve had at an all inclusive. Staff was amazing - especially our butler Victor. We’ve been here 3x and very happy each time. The unique experience is very worth it for the beach restaurant, towels, beach chairs, and generally elevated service. "

"The staff here are AMAZING!! We originally booked elsewhere and had so many issues that we ended our last 5 nights at Melia Caribe and it was amazing. The staff are so friendly and really want to make your stay great. We arrived at almost 11pm and they placed us vip, room near the ocean and happily welcomed us at that time of night. Food was good but what makes this place amazing is there is something for the kids to do the whole day! Water park during the day, playstations for the kids, game room and a separate play place you take a shuttle to for miniature golf, rope climbing. Nightlife was always going on. Although resort needs some upgrading i would gladly come back for the staff and endless things to do for my son. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one! We are so grateful to the staff and will be back in a few months! My son loves it so much and didn't want to leave! Thank you again for everything!"

Lo que realmente lo hace extraordinario es su gente: el personal del bar de la piscina, el bar del rooftop y los restaurantes, siempre atentos, alegres y llenos de calidez, crean recuerdos que se quedan en el corazón. El equipo de recepción y los conductores hacen que todo fluya con amabilidad y profesionalismo desde el primer instante. Esta fue mi segunda visita y, sin dudarlo, volvería para seguir creando más momentos inolvidables."

"From the lobby and pool areas to the rooms, this entire hotel is amazing. Well-maintained, clean, and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very nice, each room with its own dedicated AC — a huge plus when everyone sleeps at different temperatures. Modern Samsung appliances and fully stocked kitchenware made the stay even more convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The private parking lot was great — a security gate and parking just steps from your door. The only downsides: the shower temperature never got warmer than room temp, and the washer/dryer combo took 7.5 hours for a single load, which is wild. Other than that, the stay was absolutely amazing. The location is close to major activities, restaurants, and stores. Highly recommend if you’re not trying to spend resort money or roll the dice on a sketchy hotel."
