"When I first arrived at the resort, it was a little underwhelming. Although the scenery was beautiful, it wasn’t much. I was greeted with a frozen cocktail and the staff was really welcoming. My room was not ready upon arrival and I had to wait about an hour to get a room. I was “upgraded” but once I arrived in the room, I realized the air conditioner did not work. I made a maintenance request in the app and someone came immediately to look at it. He said that he will be back because he needed more tools and he never came back for the rest of the day. The following day, I went back and told them that my air conditioner did not work and I need it replaced. They said that they will send someone. I went on two separate occasions and they never did. Third day comes around and I have an excursion so I’m gone all day, I asked my friend to go and let them know that no one still came. By the time it was time to check out the air conditioner did not work the entire duration of the trip and I was very uncomfortable. On a brighter note the food was good, but I definitely do not recommend staying here. If you do not have kids everything was pretty much catered to family fun which is understandable but would not book here again."

"Overall very average experience. The best part was the ambassador Francia. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would’ve had a good time. She was wonderful. The food was average to sub par besides a few dedicated restaurants. The variety was also only at the restaurants and reservations was a headache to do so. Staff was pretty friendly overall but occasional issues. The place was clean minus some hard to spot areas. Definitely should’ve had more things included with the package. Also the pool closing before 7 was a bummer."

"Amazing place to stay. Great pools, into the beach, plenty of dining options but the best of all, the staff. Our concierge, Angela was amazing. Always making dinner reservations for us at the time we wanted, same with playing paddle, champagne to our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything we needed was organized very quickly and no problems at all."

"Customer service was not a priority. Even after complaining to site manager, they still did nothing to rectify our issues, would not travel here again. The extra cost for The Level is not worth it. Property was beautiful! Just would have liked the hospitality and services at a higher standard "

"I stayed on the adult side. The only thing about it is that it’s lacks things for the adults to do. They at least need an adult game room. One pool table, 1 paddle ball table and 1 foosball table just don’t work!!!"

"Beautiful property. Great pool, although chairs are hard to find when busy. Great beach. Unique experience was worth it. Food was overall good (Mareas and inari were great), although some restaurants were better than others. Also had some gastrointestinal distress after eating at the hotel all week. Butler made reservations as requested. Housekeeping was over good, but missed some requests toward the end of the stay. Bars and alcohol selection was good. Activities and entertainment was fun, especially pool side and the Michael Jackson night show. "
