The rooms are clean and have everything you need! There are multiple restaurants to choose from and the food is pretty good! It’s right next to Secrets and you can walk over and explore that areas as well! "

"I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends (there were 10 of us in total), and thanks to Romina, my experience was truly excellent. She took care of all the assistance and logistics to make the celebration a success: she organized the cake, the restaurant reservation and decoration, surprised me with a beautiful birthday gift, and even took Polaroid photos for us to keep as a memory. She checked in on me throughout my stay and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Her attention truly made a difference in our experience. As for the hotel itself, the property is beautiful, modern, and peaceful. The vibe is modern and boho-chic, and the background music is perfect for relaxing, chatting, sunbathing, or even reading. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, modern, and extremely clean, with many amenities that make the stay even more enjoyable. As a suggestion, it would be great to have more vegetarian options. However, I would like to highlight that one evening, Chef Simeon prepared customized vegetarian dishes for us, which was the highlight of the night and a gesture we truly appreciated. As for areas of improvement, we noticed that not all staff members were equally attentive; at times the service was a bit slow and the attitude could have been better. Additionally, the internet connection was not always optimal."

"Significantly larger than any of the other hotels around, it’s basically a mini 1 bedroom apt, cute little balcony and 5 pools. The staff onsite are great as well, very nice and helpful. There is everything you need downstairs but if you’re willing to walk a bit there is a larger grocery store to your right about 5 minutes walk. Overall 5 stars. "

"This is my second stay at this hotel and it is by far one of the best hotels to stay in. Its extremely clean. The people, food, entertainment is great. Their sre so many bars on the facility you dont know what to do. If you have an issue its immediately addressed although I didn't have any. So many people are there more than one time. Highly recommended. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh and offered a variety of choices. Food was great and they had choices. The hotel and beach was clean and felt welcoming. The staff was helpful and tried to assist when we asked for help. The bartenders were great 👍 as well. The only thing i should mention is the closet draw in the room was dusty and was not cleaned properly which was a bit annoying. But overall the stay was great and it was an excellent experience. We will come back again. "
