"The staff at the lobby wasn’t welcoming and the rooms needed maintenance done, not well taken care of, the water was shut for over an hour and we weren’t notified which was upsetting. The restaurants didn’t have any AC, employees and customers were sweating like crazy while the employees at the offices in the Lobby were under AC on full blast which I found unfair for staff members working at the restaurants. The only positive note on this hotel is that the team members on the lobby bar did a great good in serving customers, the drinks at the lobby were good."

"Le di una nueva oportunidad a este resort ya que el pasado año también estuvimos en el. Pero definitivamente no regresaría, a pesar de q la instalación es grande y tiene atracciones para niños y se pasa bien ya es hora de que reacondicionar el hotel porque las instalaciones están muy desgastadas y se ven viejas. Hay un olor a fosa en todo el hotel horrible ese hotel necesita urgentemente un buen mantenimiento general desde habitaciones, bufet, piscinas. El agua de las habitaciones huele horrible. Y la comida este año estuvo pésimo no había variedad y no estaba muy bien elaborada parecía un comedor obrero. Y la mayoría de los trabajadores deberían ser un poco más atentos con los clientes pq es así como a uno de landeseos de dar propinas según la atención recibida. Hubo días en q nadie se acercaba a ofrecer algo de beber en el bufet. El hotel tiene mucho potencial en estructura pero ya esta muy deteriorado."

"Clean room, small but well enough equipped gym, good wifi speed if working, very polite staff members. Overall a very good experience for me, would recommend 10/10."

"Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. "

"My friend and I stayed for three days, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We received the room two hours late because it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We never had direct communication with the host and were never given an access code to enter the room. If it hadn’t been for the building’s doorman, we would have been left outside. On top of that, the internet was very poor and barely worked. The shower had almost no water pressure, and to make matters worse, the power went out one night and we had to find someone to help us reconnect it. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. "

"Not sure were to start, dirty livingroom furniture, bird droppings on kitchen chairs, broken jacuzzi, pool is being cleaned with house broom...so not that clean. Moldy daybed outside, tiles outside by the patio door all moldy, 3rd bedroom door was kept locked so no access, we didn't need the 3rd bedroom but still makes u wonder why they kept it locked up. No plumbing in the kitchen sink...and we were never told about this! Found out when we woke up one morning with water on the kitchen floor. The sink was hooked up with a flex pipe going into a big bucket underneath the sink and the pipe had fallen out of the bucket. Fly squat was stored with the kitchen utensils, coffee maker with no coffee pot, no can opener and the cherry on top of the sunday...found a huge cockroach under the kitchen sink while trying to reinstall the pipe in the bucket. Host was sympathetic to us with the issues but we never heard back from the owner...last message was that they were going to leave it in Expedia's hands when we asked for a partial refund as in order to salvage part of our vacation we were forced to find another location that was sanitary."
