"Reservé y pague por una habitación con jacuzzi exterior, pero el jacuzzi nunca funcionó. Se reportó en dos ocasiones, y nunca lo repararon. Se pagó por una habitación donde no funcionó el mayor atractivo que tenía, y el hotel no hizo por dónde solucionar la situación. Me sentí burlado e inseguro, porque se pagó por un servicio que nunca se brindó, aunque se reportó de manera oportuna desde el primer día. Los restaurantes de especialidad son limitados, de mala calidad. Es mucho mejor el buffet ordinario. No recomiendo reservar ninguno de los restaurantes de especialidad. Como suele suceder en estos casos, hay muchas personas ofreciendo desayunos especiales con tal de que compres paquetes adicionales. Son molestos. El Spa es quizá lo mejor que ofrece el hotel, aunque los costos son un poco elevados."

"We had the most amazing stay at Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort Adults Only. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and truly luxurious. The rooms were spotless and beautiful, the food was consistently delicious, and there were so many great amenities to enjoy throughout the The nightly entertainment—it was so fun, lively, and something we looked forward to. The staff is consistently energetic and immersed the guests! Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing but also fun adults-only getaway. Lastly, all inclusive doesn’t mean you don’t tip the staff. Remember all you have, be grateful, and do the right thing when they provide you with proper service. Enjoy! "

"So we arrived celebrating my fiancé‘s birthday and also got engaged a couple of days before we left that was a surprise, they did upgrade us for half off to the romance package however, we did not receive anything that was included, which was a dinner on the beach a romantic breakfast in the room a bottle of champagne and two massages which don’t be tricked. They are only 25 minutes we opted and paid for the rest of the time to have an hour. What we did figure out after having much problems making reservations online they told us to wait till the next day we did not we did that night nothing was available until nine or 930 at night. That is not true. Restaurants were empty and we were able to just walk in and get a table we finally realize this after day three also we are early risers. Roberto told us there was nothing available until 8 AM. His desk sits right next to the café that opens at 7 AM so how he did not know that I am not sure but we figured it out on our own. I would return to this resort at the beach is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and if you were in the privileged side adult adults, only you have access to the family site as well for restaurants. We had a great time at the Japanese restaurant B love, serves lunch and dinner and was fantastic and it’s right on the beach. Don’t rely on the staff for reservations just do it yourself. You have a fabulous time we did and I would absolutely go back. oh also ordered room service three times and never received it a"

"We absolutely loved the resort. We booked through Expedia and got upgraded to the Sun Club which was an absolute perk because they had daily 10:30 activities by the pool. The Sun Club peeps had their own restaurant, pool and beach and it was amazing. We had our own concierge Jorge. He was very helpful since our first room was extremely hot because the A/C was unable to keep up with the heat but we got moved to the second floor and we had no issues there. One thing I didn't know about the DR is that the toilet paper goes in the bin not in the commode:) Just something to consider while visiting. I think the restaurants that required booking were not so great. I had a much better time eating at the buffets since the food was so much better. The hibachi place was the only one that was worth visiting outside of the buffets. We enjoyed it quite a lot. We would recommend it if going there but definitely get the Sun Club, to us that was the best perk."

"The language barrier made communication very difficult. We have a child with a severe allergy and getting clarification on the menu was near impossible. No hot water in our room the entire trip , room had horribly musty smell. The food was not very good. The staff communicates using “ what’s app” However never responds. The front of the resort was in a very unsafe area. Will not return. The air conditioning in the “ gym” was broke the entire week and the temperature was 94 degrees. Very run down. Could be great. Coffee shop was good. The staff was friendly for the most part. "
