  • We did an excursion from our hotel to smoked out in the reef, but it was dead. We did see some fish. Then went to this place and swam with Norse Sharks, held a sting ray and was kissed by a sea lion. I wish we had done the dolphin half.

Great housekeeping, good bar staff. Food was hit or miss - breakfast buffet was good, lunch was good, steakhouse was good, steak at Thalassa (sp?) was terrible. Nachos at snack bar not good. Grounds are beautiful! You have to fight for a chair at the pools every day, despite signs up saying you can't reserve chairs longer than 45 mins.

The staff were so friendly, almost every single staff person was helpful & kind. We especially loved Emil @ Bloved Bar & the ladies in the piano bar. We never had to wait long for a drink. The pools were great, but guests stake out the loungers before the sun comes up. There is always room on the beach. Beautiful warm beach with soft sand & warm shallow water.

Great time with my wife, enjoyed the scenery and the staff was very nice throughout the trip! Food options were awesome as well! I was able to enjoy both side of Catalonia as well. Entertainment was also top tier, each night my and my wife were able to visit different bars and the theater to enjoy our night time at the resort!

Clean room, beautiful resort, friendly staff, getting a lounge at the pool was an issue, room service was really slow at times, and the salespeople trying to get you to buy privilege services were a little much, but I have experienced that with other resorts in Punta Cana.

The hotels is beautiful with tons of restaurants, shops, bars, rec area, pools and private beach. The staff works really hard and are extremely friendly. Absolutely loved our stay! The staff was so friendly (shout out to Ana from reception). Our room was so nice and comfortable, including a huge tub (we appreciated since their hot tub on sight is only by $$). The beach was beautiful and had a sand bar that went out so far but there will be seaweed on the beach each month but it’s still gorgeous. The pools, restaurant's, and bars are lots of fun and I appreciated the ample amount of mocktails and coffee drinks. We did a buggie excursion and snorkeling both were great. Karaoke night was our favorite!! Thalassa had our favorite servers including Juan and Angel. Highly recommend!!

Quiet room, blackout curtains were awesome, great and easy service. Our concierge help us out multiple times with orientation and our a la carte suppers.lots a tables available for breakfast and lunch, nice and quiet on the adult side. Also had lots of options for chairs at the beach shade or sun, there was sea weed at the beach but we were expecting it. Overall great quiet relax vacation.
