Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant ...

pool was enjoyable. room was okay, could of been cleaned better. had to ask a few times for someone to fix tv remote, no one came even tho we asked 3 times

Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort - All Inclusive
It was a partial ocean view, master suite room. Gorgeous hotel, room and aesthetic. Absolutely amazing staff at the pool/bar and entertainment. The only place that wasnt great was at the buffet. The staff at the buffet werent attentive.
