Extremely large property, TRS is far away from the shows and is quite quiet; better for older adults. Yolenny was a great helper, Dolores is a great waitress, Luiyi and Wilmer are great bartenders and Albert and Rossel were great entertainers. The vibe was very relaxing and the service was the best part of the trip.

Delightful experience from start to finish.Greeted with warms smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality from the me moment we walked through the doors. Beautiful landscaped gardens, clean and spacious room an variety of dinning options available. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. A special recognition to Rodny, who was always available for inquiries, guidance and details to ensure that our stay at the hotel was an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.
