Our honeymoon was an amazing experience at TRS Turquesa! The staff were incredibly friendly and our Butler Rodney was an excellent host and made us feel special every step of the way. We are going to miss the Dominican Republic but we will never forget how extraordinary the service was, memories for a lifetime!

It was a bigger property, but they had ready shuttles throughout the day and night when u needed it. Longest we waited was 15 mins. Several pools in relation to your room, several eating locations were in walking distances, u may have to use a trolley for some restaurants that were spread out over the property. Lots of entertainment, though most were more spanish based so brush up on your skills, though its not mandatory.

We’re just back from our trip. This property was very well kept, very clean. Drivers were often available to take you anywhere you didn’t want to walk to. A little disappointed because they didn’t seem to be very much activity at night, most things were at the other resorts. It’s nice that you’re assigned your own butler when you check in. We were with another couple so he was constantly reaching out to them so unless I got my information from her, I didn’t get it until they started reaching out to me because we stayed a few extra days. I thought they could’ve done better advertising activities that were going on. There was a sign near the pool, but I didn’t even see that and it’s so tiny. It’s very hard to read. On the activity committee could’ve been talking up the evening plans more, but I didn’t seem they were . I love that. The shops were right next-door to the resort on the beach where you could go and get souvenirs at a bit of a discounted price and you can haggle with the vendors. The language barrier is very difficult. I don’t speak Spanish, but many of them did not understand any English, which I find very odd. I’m sure there’s many English-speaking people that come there in a year and you don’t understand any was interesting. The food wasn’t that great. We ended up spending most of our time at the buffet. While it was nice very well kept the staff was very personable. I probably wouldn’t go back there. We’ve been to several resorts. Seem to have more to offer.

Property is beautiful and the rooms are roomy. There was a bit of an ant problem, but it was bearable. The staff was very friendly. Lots of a la carte food choices, but have to stay on top of making reservations.

Unfortunately this resort wasn't worth the money and time at this that we spent. We are very disappointed in many things. Mostly no efforts from the service and not friendly staff. There's just too many to name. It was bad. Punta Cana was not a great experience at all. We would love a refund actually.

This was our first time here and we had a great experience. All of the staff we encountered were phenomenal. I appreciate the attentiveness to our needs as they still provided help to all other guest. We had a swim up room just great our butler Randy went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable and full of activities we wanted to participate in and always a message away. We will definitely return and I would definitely recommend to all. Come enjoy in the beauty of the property. We stay on the adults only side TSR but we also had access to all of the property. Our favorite restaurants were El Dorado and Sumptuori. The property has 18 restaurants a shopping area and a Cabret. Pricing to meet your needs. Check it out for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

The TRS Turquesa hotel in Punta Cana is highly recommended!!!!!!. Everything was great, fantastic on our anniversary getaway. We had a unique and unforgettable dining experience; each dish was full of flavor and impeccably presented. Very professional staff. All of their workers helped us with absolutely everything; from the moment we entered the hotel, we felt a cozy atmosphere, which, with its simple and elegant decoration, made us feel welcome. Always involved in making our stay perfect. The room was impeccable, super comfortable. But the best of all was Rodney, the butler. My husband and I cannot find enough words to thank him for his treatment of us. He made our stay a paradise, our anniversary a beautiful and unforgettable moment.
